Funeral Expenses for Abi Hammond

Hello friends, it brings me great sadness to be writing this, but last night (September 25th, 2021) the world lost one of it's most spectacular creatures, Abi Hammond.

Those of us who knew Abi well, know just how much she absolutely adored her family. As hard as this is on you or I, it has be astronomically more difficult for them. So, (with their permission) this is a fundraiser to help alleviate the financial stress that comes from losing a child. The money raised from this will go to covering her funeral arrangements and whatever other costs that her family needs, to give her the send off she deserves. Any money beyond those costs will be her families to do with as they choose. Maybe it will go to a college fund for her siblings. Perhaps a family vacation to help them heal. Whatever they choose to do with it, I am 100% confident that it would be exactly what Abi would want them to.

I set the goal at 10k, because that seems to be the average amount to cover these cost. I will be checking back in with her mother when she gets further into the planning process to see if more is needed and I will adjust the goal, if so.
