My best friends family has suffered an insurmountable loss this week with the passing of their father and friend, Alejandro "Alex" Toro.
Alex was the most loving, kind and accepting men you would ever meet. He was an Army vet that overcame adversity and hardship time after time with a smile plastered on his face. He loved his kids more than anything in this world and would do anything to make your day a little brighter. He gave his all to those he loved. Alex was a man with a heart of gold and a desire to provide for his family the best way he knew how. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
If you are able, please consider donating so that he can be laid to rest properly. His family is living in California, but he passed while in Ohio — so there are some extra costs associated with his transportation and funeral.
Alex — you impacted this world and the lives of those around you more than you ever knew, please watch over your kiddos and grand kiddos as they learn to navigate this world without you physically here. Rest easy.
All donations will go towards laying to rest Alex, any remaining funds will be donated to an organization that services individual who are facing substance abuse issues, a cause that was near and dear to Alex’s heart.
