Funeral Expenses for Andrzej M. Igras
Donation protected
Andrzej M. Igras; 49-year-old beloved husband, father, brother, son and best friend, left us too soon. His unexpected passing left us shocked, helpless and confused. This incredibly talented and hard-working man left behind his wife, Malgorzata and two daughters: Kamila (22) and Martyna (24). He moved to the United States from Poland and left his father, two sisters, and all childhood friends behind to give our family a better life with more opportunities. He passed away in his home on June 26th, 2022.
Thank you to everyone who has been offering a helping hand during this time. As you can imagine, this is and will be very emotionally and financially challenging. All funds raised will be used for Andy's wake, funeral, and transport back home to Poland to be appropriately honored by the rest of his family. Again, we appreciate donations, kindness and help during our family's tough time and transition.
Although we know his spirit will always be with us, it pains us to know that he will not be able to eventually walk his daughters down the aisle nor become a grandfather. Our father, husband, brother, son and friend was an incredibly talented man - He would want to be remembered this way. He passed down his musical abilities to his daughters, which they will continue to hone and forever cherish. His smile alone could light up any room and his witty sense of humor would make our cheeks hurt. He was a "jack of all trades" and a "master of all". Andrzej will be deeply missed by his entire family and friends.
Andrzej was Malgorzata's rock; he was the provider to the family, a creative problem solver and could work on any project that was thrown at him. Malgorzata and Andrzej were two halfs of a whole that could communicate without words - when she had an idea he would make it a reality. She sees him as a strong man who could also be sensitive, classy, organized, reliable, a great cook and a romantic. She remembers when they were younger Andy would always bring her a long red rose to signify his love. They never gave up on eachother. "Till death do us part"
Thank you
