Funeral Expenses for Avery Shrader

Donation protected

At 19 years old, Avery Michael Shrader lost his life unexpectedly in a tragic accident. Our family received the news on Saturday, January 30th. On Monday, February 1st Avery was pronounced brain dead and our family was told Avery wasn’t going to recover. We want people to understand that Avery’s death was an accident. Avery was at a house with other friends that were also minors, where alcohol was being provided and a firearm was being passed around. He was intoxicated and playing with a gun he didn’t know was loaded.

Avery was always known to be goofy, and his friends knew him as the class clown. Avery had a personality that could light up a room. One that will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Avery always had a big heart when it came to helping kids. Due to Avery’s injuries he is able to be an organ donor. Something that only 1% of people are capable of after they pass on. The surgery is happening today at 6:00pm, and he will be saving several lives.

Our family could have never prepared for this to happen. We are taking it one day at a time. Due to our family currently having COVID, a funeral has not yet been scheduled. But we are asking for donations to help cover any funeral expenses coming our way.

Thank you.
