Funeral Expenses for Cameron Hames
Donation protected
On March 26, 2019, my nephew, Cameron Hames, passed away unexpectedly, two weeks before his 30th birthday.
Cameron’s sudden passing has left his family and his friends stunned and saddened. Though we all know of his struggles, we equally know of his triumphs. We experienced so much love from that big heart of his! He had a contagious laugh, and a smile so genuine it would instantly light up any room.
Cameron gave his smiles and hugs unconditionally, always happy to help and spend time with others. He loved long talks with friends, giving and receiving advice, sharing his silly quotes, and just talking about life. Many know how endearingly goofy he could be, and that he enjoyed dancing and country music.
He knew how to make others feel loved, and we all loved him so much in return. I created this page to help provide his retired parents -- his mom, Vickie, and his step-dad, Gene – with financial support needed to help say a final goodbye to Cameron, his mom’s youngest child. All funds raised will be used to pay for expenses related to the respectful handling of his funeral expenses and a memorial gathering to celebrate his life and truly positive impact on all of us.
Healing thoughts, prayers, and well-wishes are deeply appreciated by his family and his friends. He touched the lives of so many, and he would be so proud if he could see himself through our eyes. We hope you will please consider making a donation to say goodbye.
There was no time to say goodbye.
But this I ask – please don’t cry.
Remember me as you think best.
Remember the happy times, but forget the rest.
Look for me and I’ll be there,
And you will find me everywhere:
In the gentle touch of the breeze,
That cools the skin or swirls the leaves.
In the laughter of family,
In good times with friends,
Please remember me and see me smile -
I will be with you always, to the end.
Cameron, you were loved more than you ever knew, and you are missed even more.
