Funeral Expenses for Chanel Neal

On the night of March 16th, 2021, Chanel Neal, 28, was tragically shot and killed in a drive by shooting in South Bend, IN. Chanel was a loving and caring person and most importantly a dedicated determined Mother to her son, whom she leaves behind. We are asking for donations to help cover her funeral expenses.
