Funeral expenses for Dallin Featherstone

Hi friends and family, this is my brother-in-law Dallin. He is a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. To his family's absolute devastation, he was found to have passed away yesterday. Dallin has struggled profoundly in his life with addiction and other physical and mental health conditions. Though he wasn't handed the fairest deck of cards in life, he has fought these ailments with grit and strength. We remember Dallin for all of the good he was in this life. He cared so deeply for those around him and strived always to be a beam of light and to bring laughter to everyone. He found great success as an actor, comedian, writer, artist, intellectual, and as student and learner in his studies in college. We love and appreciate him for purely who he was, and we trust he is in the best of hands with his loving Heavenly Father, relieved from all his earthly pain and trials.

This has come as a complete shock to his family as Dallin has undergone two open heart surgeries over the past 7 years, the most recent being in December of 2018. He was able to find support for his addiction with resources and help and presumably was in a healthier place. Due to the unforeseen nature of our loss, we aren't able to generate enough between us to fund the funeral expenses and service. Dallin and his immediate family have been estranged from any type of familial help, and so we are truly on our own as we navigate this stressful time. Any amount that you are willing to give will be greatly appreciated by all of us. We will be sharing funeral information soon for those of you who would like to come or pay your respects.
