Funeral Expenses for Gene Dean Jr

My name is Tar Dean and my husband Gene Dean Jr, known as Deano by so many, was fatally injured in a tragic auto-pedestrian accident on Oct 19, 2022. We are trying to raise funds to help pay for his funeral costs.

He was the sole provider for our family, working two jo.bs to take care of us. I can not work due to a back injury sustained in a car wreck. Deano leaves behind a son and a grandson whom he only had 7 precious months with before he was untimely ripped from our lives. One of his jobs was at the Lufkin State Supported Living School and he was crossing the highway to meet us at the Exxon store to be picked up after work when he was struck by one car then another. Our son saw his body and it was so mangled that he has to have a closed casket. We are just devastated. He loved his family more than anything and we don’t know how we will carry on without him.
