Funeral expenses for Glenda Walker

Hello my name is Stephanie, I am Glenda’s youngest daughter. She entered this world on November 27th, 1961. During her time on this Earth she brought a light to all those she encountered. She worked hard, loved her family, and was a friend to all. She was always there for everyone, always willing to help a stranger with a smile on her face. She was a very good judge of character and she never judged. She always took the time to listen to people and really understand them. She was a quick learner and acquired many skills. She was an extraordinary embalmer and always willing to help friends, family and anyone in need. She truly excelled in Massage therapy later in life and knew all the skills of the trade. She was great and she knew it. She started her own business and over the years grew an amazing clientele. Many of which became great friends to her for the rest of her life. With all her knowledge and networking she built a really great life for herself. She always helped out anyone in need, but was always humble and never bragged. 11 years ago she married the love of her life and her joy became overflowing. About 3 years ago she was diagnosed with Cancer. She was so STRONG, and RESILIENT. The most positive person I know. She fought long and hard. But on May 7th, 2024 at 9:15am she went to heaven peacefully with the love of her life Hans by her side, holding her hand. My mom has done so much for us and always took care of everyone else. So now, I want to take care of her in return. She deserves a funeral that is as amazing as she was. If you can find it in your heart to donate, it would mean so much to our family.

Thank you so much to all her amazing friend who have come by, called, sent flowers and taken care of her. You have no idea how much we love and appreciate every single one of you!
