In Loving Memory of Honour Anietie Benjamin

With heavy hearts, we mourn the untimely passing of our dear brother Honour Anietie Benjamin who tragically left us while studying abroad in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada on June 28th, 2024.

He was 24 years old, a vibrant student at Canadian Independent College, St Agatha, Ontario Canada. , graduated with honor. He continues to pursue his post-secondary education with Emmanuel Bible College. Kitchener, ON.

He was known for drumming for some of our RCCG Parishes in the waterloo region as member of our parishes’ choir.

He was a talented drummer who brought quality praise and worship to people of God to worship God in Spirit and Truth.

Honour was on a journey filled with promise and adventure, pursuing studies abroad. He embraced life with his infectious spirit and his passion to use his skills to help others to worship God.

Honour's passing leaves an immense void in the hearts of his family (His father, Pastor A. Benjamin, his Mother, Mrs. Benjamin and his three younger siblings), friends, and all who knew him.

Honour was an easy-going person, a lover of people. Honour was the first child of the family and he was survived by his father, Pastor A. Benjamin, his Mother, Mrs. Benjamin and his three younger siblings.

As Honour’s parents are unable to be in Canada at this time, Bro Vincent Thomas, a member of the RCCG in the region of waterloo and parishes’ pastors at which Honour had the opportunity to worship, has been working closely with Honour’s parents and Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery at 2723 Victoria Street N, Breslau, ON N0B1M0, to provide truly needed support during this difficult time.

This GoFundMe page has been created to allow those who wish to aid in the funeral costs to do so with ease.

Funds collected will be applied directly to the costs associated with Honour's befitting burial in Canada at his parents’ wishes.

Bro. Vincent Thomas, on behalf of honour’s parents, will be assisting with collecting funds, estimated at approximately CAD$10,000.00(Ten thousand Canadian dollars).
