Funeral Expenses for Jack Sledge Jr, 16yo

On April 14, 2021 Jack , our 16 year old son was outside, riding his scooter.  Moments later he was shot and killed, less than a block from home. 

There are no suspects at this time.

His father and I (mom) are hoping to raise funds for funeral expenses. We will be holding services in Mesa.
