Funeral expenses for Joe Frias

Hello my name is Angelica Frias. I am the wife of Jose "Joe" Frias. On 03/03/2023 Joe suddenly passed away during the morning hours. I am asking the community of Las Cruces to come together and help support the Frias Family and I during this difficult time. With the passing of my husband, their brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin. I have started this account to help our family with the unexpected funeral costs.

Joe was a friend to many and was always there supporting his brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, and friends.

Joe was a talented artist who had a passion for working on cars. Joe painted numerous cars and motorcycles (choppers) that would go on and appear in magazines and win several trophies in car shows. At the time of his death he was an employee at Three Crosses Auto body. During some time away from painting, customizing cars, motorcycles Joe worked as a custodian at Oñate High School, which is now Organ Mountain High School. During his time there he was well recognized for painting a beautiful mural of a knight in the center of the basketball gym. Joe donated his own personal time and supplies to do this painting . He spent 16 hours a day for 8 days to complete the mural.
