Funeral Expenses for Joel "Shorty" Santiago

Our family received the devastating news that our brother, father, and uncle, Shorty, passed away unexpectedly.

Joel, affectionately known as Shorty, is loved by many. He was funny, caring, and protective of the people he loved.

He was taken from us too soon.

He is survived by his three siblings, Jose, Rosa, and Jeremiah, and his 4 children, Jordyn, Jesire, Jestine, and Anastasia.
