Hi my name is Cindy Jo, I am writing this with a heavy heart My nephew Joshua Campos passed away this week.
He suffered from mental illness, bi-polar and schizophrenia, he was incarcerated at Theo Lacy Facility in Orange County. He should have been in mental ward and was in general population. Josh was found dead of an overdose, his death is under investigation. We all know how expensive burial costs can be.
