Funeral Expenses for Melissa Salyer

Missy passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 17th. Missy battled with MS for the past ten years with a combination of traditional and experimental treatments. Undoubtedly, Missy had her good and bad days; however, her 3 daughters (Mariah, Maleah and Kaylee) always remained the center of her focus and provided her with the strength to do everyday activities. She was always there to cheer her girls on in volleyball, basketball and softball. It was these games that motivated her and kept her active. Being a single mother, Missy always put her girls first and herself last. She was always there to lend a helping hand and generous to a fault. The only consolation is that Missy is finally pain free and will forever be watching over those she loved. In addition to being a wonderful Mom and step-mom; Missy was a fiancé’, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

No one thinks at 39 years old that you need to plan for a funeral and nonetheless the cost of a funeral has fallen to the family. The family would love to honor Missy with a farewell she so deserves.
