It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Our beloved Chairman Mohammed Lamin Kondeh who passed away on September 13, 2023. Chairman Kondeh was a wonderful father, uncle, brother, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his adoring wife Ojufini Ramatu Kondeh and sons Dauda Kondeh Jr., Sulaiman Kondeh and Ibrahim Kondeh...

Chairman Kondeh dedicated his life to his family and his faith. For those who truly believe in Allah, death is a welcome passage. And while we welcome the will of Allah for our lives, we are reaching out to our community to show their love and remembrance by making a contribution.

"O soul that are at rest! Return to your Lord, well-pleased (with Him), well pleasing (Him), So enter among My servants, And enter into my garden" (Quran, 98:27-30)

We remember the Former President of the North American Mandingo Association for his dedication to his community both here in the United States and at home in Sierra Leone. While his accolades are many, we hope that our community can lift up us in our time of need to alleviate this sudden financial burden.
