Funeral expenses for Omar barrio

Omar Barrio attended star of the sea Catholic school in Virginia beach, Virginia  

he made his first holy communion at star of the sea Catholic Church. omar attended high school at Thoreau high school in Thoreau New Mexico. he excelled in band and sports he played football and was a drum major for his band. he played all the percussion instruments. he also played the marimbas beautifully.he loved playing the guitar. he graduated from high school at saint Bonaventure Indian mission at the top of his class. omar was involved in marshal arts since he was very young and was a national karate champion. Omar was awesome with the nunchucks as well. in grants new mexico, omar attended new mexico state university. Omar was also very artistic he made stained glass and also wove intricate rosaries and crosses for necklaces out of string, or whatever materials he could find. even old rags he would shred to use for making necklaces. they were beautiful. Omar also made tiny miniature motorcycles out of disposable lighters and also did etchings. he was very artistic and multitalented. Omar was also very intelligent! people that met him would say they didnt need to google anything! just ask omar. after a horrific accident in 2018 he suffered tremendously and was left quadriplegic. Omar still always had a positive attitude and appreciated the little things in life and anything people would do for him he was an inspiration to all people who met him even in his condition. he touched many many lives and he was a tremendous, awesome and inspiring individual. anyone who met him was honored to have known him. he will be sourly missed and left a huge gaping hole in our lives. Omar left behind his daughter Jade Barrio who is 17 and still in school and his mother Mary Lou Barrio who is 74 handicapped and in bad health. they both lived with him. The family needs help for funeral expenses and everything that entails thank you for any help you can extend us and god bless
