Funeral Expenses for Rebecca Davis-Brown

Rebecca Davis-Brown passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 19, 2023. Her husband, Matthew Davis-Brown, and both the Brown and Davis families need assistance for funeral expenses at this time.

Rebecca was an Arts Instructor for the Expect Excellence Program at the City of Orange Beach where her husband, Matthew, is also a Music Instructor. Rebecca was also a Ballet Instructor at Premiere Dance Center in Lucedale, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor’s at the University of South Alabama, and was completing her Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing at Queens University of Charlotte. She was a co-founder and editor of the Orange Beach Literary Journal and a board member of the Alabama Writers’ Cooperative.
