In Loving Memory of Richard Geib
Donation protected
We never thought we would come to this point and unfortunately, here we are.
Richard has spent his whole life serving the Lord, loving and helping people endlessly despite all the battles he has encountered in his life here on Earth. Through his own battles, he continued to smile and shine on. In hindsight, he has always bent backwards for anyone. Everyone loved him and loved being around him and he loved everyone just the same.
He truly lived by 1 John 4:19. "We love because he first loved us."
After a long battle with Leukemia and being hit with COVID-19 just before Christmas, Richard is now resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus with no more suffering. While we rejoice for his peace - we are heartbroken having lost the best father, husband, and papa one could ask for. We have been extremely blessed God gave him to us for that time to love and to be loved.
As we try to navigate this part of our journey in life without him physically, my mother-in-law is bound to face struggles due to having lost her job during the pandemic and now losing the love of her life after 40+ years of marriage, two beautiful children and five grandchildren.
Nothing could have prepared her or us for this. We, as a family, are unfortunately faced with an extreme financial burden as we will endure funeral expenses as well as any residual medical expenses.
“God is our refuge and strength, a helper who is always found in times of trouble.” – Psalm 46:1
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
