River Jaxton Blair is the 20 month old baby boy of Heather Vowels and Mike Blair. Tragedy hit this family Thursday December 16, 2021.. any parents worst nightmare, they lost their baby boy. With heavy heavy hearts we would like to raise money to help this family out with funeral expenses and hospital bills. All donations will go straight to Heather and Mike. Anything will help.
