The Tragic Loss of Tatiana Dugger

Oroville lost a ray of Sunshine this week. Tatiana Sunshine Dugger, of Oroville, mysteriously disappeared on January 9, 2021. She was last seen at a hotel in East Oakland, CA. Her body was discovered in Siskiyou County this week. Tatiana's smile (and middle name) say it all. She had a very bright future and left this earth too soon. This is an extremely difficult time for her family, especially her brother, Kevin, is a vital part of our solar family for the last few years. Please pray for one of Oroville's own, Kevin, and his family, as they cope with this senseless tragedy.
