It is with extreme sadness and great difficulty that I write this message to announce that our beloved dad, Tobias Radillo Cardenas unexpected passed away on Wednesday, July, 12th. Our dad, was a kind and gentle man who touched the lives of many people. We are in shock and not prepared for this loss. We ask for your help and support during this very challenging time.
