Funeral Expenses for Tom Moore

Anyone who knows Tom Moore knows how friendly he could be; no one was a stranger around him. He was always so kind and made sure everyone felt welcome when he was around.
So many friends are asking how they can help. The medical and funeral expense is high and having that not be a concern to the family would be a wonderful way to help. Please share this with everyone to spread the word.
Earlier in December 2016, Tom was admitted to the Oklahoma Heart Institute to have open heart surgery. After surgery Tom had many complications including needing a pacemaker and staying in ICU for over 2 weeks. A week after surgery Tom was able to come off his temporary pacemaker and was on the uphill climb to getting better, but still needed oxygen to breathe. On Monday December 26, Tom had made progress and was able to move from ICU and was discharged from the hospital on Friday December 30. On Sunday January 1, 2017 Tom passed away in the comfort of his own home.
He leaves behind 3 kids, a wife, family and friends who loved him dearly. The money raised will go to any funeral and medical expenses that the family will have.
