Funeral expenses for unexpected loss of mother.

Hi,

Five days ago my Mom and I went for a drive on one of those beautiful, early Spring days. Five days later, she was gone. My mom was someone who lived day to day. She wasn't a planner for the future. she didn't have an income aside from a small social security check. She wasn't a planner and even if she had been, I'm not sure she had the luxury of planning her exit from this world. Unfortunately, though, that leaves us to figure out funeral expenses. These are no doubt hard times for a lot of people. So, it is hard to ask for monetary donations. We are only going to have her cremated. We are also planning to have a small service. I owe it to my mom to celebrate her life with fireworks and a brass band, but I'm sure she will understand and be relieved that I cannot afford that :). If you can donate to the cost of her funeral it would be greatly appreciated. My mom was an amazing woman who I will miss greatly. I thank you in advance for any help you can give.
