Our family has been rocked with the truly devastating and unexpected passing of our loved one Kimberly Lucier maiden name Marshall. She was a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. On June 2, 2023 she was found unconscious on the side of the road after a hit and run accident in Rochester, New Hampshire. Kimberly was transferred to Portsmouth hospital with traumatic head injuries and back injury as well as heart. The Portsmouth hospital performed a craniotomy in order to reduce the swelling on her brain But unfortunately, she ultimately was declared brain dead, and succumbed to her injuries passing away on June 4, 2023. The driver has not been identified yet. At this time her daughters are in the middle of grieving and seeking to find Justice for their mother. We are asking the public help to ease the worry about memorial and burial costs. We are so thankful and appreciative of any help.
If anyone has any information that can help the investigation please contact the Rochester Police Department.
