Hello: my name is coach Leonard Grimes, the father of now deceased Janell (JT) Grimes. Janell was diagnosed with down syndrome at birth. Jt has made many friends throughout the years, even though she struggled with many of everybody else’s normal abilities. She lost her mom in 2016 who was her best friend. JT made the family proud when she graduated June 1st and was enjoying her first summer as and 18 yr. old adult ,so to speak, with her sisters. On Monday morning at approximately 4:00am she passed in her sleep. This has traumatize the family deeply, both the church community: a member of Galilee Baptist Church RHS and the community of Rosamond. The family was not expecting a death at her young age let alone in a position to pay her funeral. Your contribution would be greatly appreciated.
