Funeral for baby Harper.
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Veronica.
On behalf of my sister inlaw (with her permission) I am setting up a go fund me account to help Renee and Paul with the much needed costs that are out of their control.
A little bit about why we are trying to raise these funds.
Renee is a mother of 4 beautiful children, 3 boys and A little girl.
Renee unfortunately lost her first baby and had given birth to a stillborn baby boy.
Her big brother and I were with her through this tough time.
As time went on her family began to grow, she had 3 boys and she longed for a baby girl.
Last year she was over the moon to find out that she finally conceived the baby girl she so desperately prayed for every day.
Renee and her partner were over the moon as now their family was near complete, she waited so patiently for her girl to arrive, and at last,
Harper Rose was born, 26th of April 2024.
Renee absolutely doted over her baby girl, as were her brothers Koa and Gregory were extremely smitten for their little baby sister.
As time had passed, Harper became unsettled and unwell. So Renee (like any mother would) took Harper to the hospital to find out what was wrong with little Harper, approximately two weeks ago, she was taken to Ballarat hospital, but then was sent on their way, and said that "she had only got a common cold," so they proceeded to go home.
She did everything she possibly could to keep harper warm to fight off the cold that she had.
On the 16th of July 2024, Renee woke up like any other morning to get harpers bottle ready, and then went to wake Harper up. On this morning she noticed something wasn't quite right..
The unimaginable fait!
Utmost devastating and heart breaking moment of their lives started to unfold before them.
Renee notice Harper wasn't responding to the gentle touch of Renee's hand.
So renee screamed out to Paul. Somethings wrong, and paul had jumped up as fast as he could, and ran over to them. He quickly grabbed Harper from her cot, and he then started CPR on his little baby girl.
Renee called for the ambulance.
They got their as quick as they possibly could.
But, it was too late.
Baby Harper took her last breath, in the hands of her parents.
Their world has now come crashing down around them.
Confusion sets in and Renee's world shattered.
The what if's are now running through her head.
The police also arrived, and then the ambulance officers took poor little Harper away.
Harper was only 2 and half months old.
No parent should have to bury their child!
So Please, help give harper the send off that she absolutely deserves. We ask for you to find it in your hearts, to either help share this page and or make a small donation anything will help, nothing is to small.
Service has been changed due to the coroner it able to release baby's body as of yet.
Harpers service will be held on Wednesday the 31st of July 2024.
