Funeral for Bruce Lockett

So as many of you may know my dad passed away on Saturday, February 10,2024 due to his health. While planning the funeral we were told by the funeral home the life insurance policy my dad had would not be available due to the policy not being older than two years. I was made aware if a policy claim is applied before a certain time the insurance company can contest the policy. Due to this news my brother and I are having to come up with the entire cost of the funeral up front. Normally I would not even bring this matter up but the unforeseen events have strained our family. I would like to ask for any help to take care of the funeral cost and thank everyone in advance. The service is scheduled for Saturday , February 17, at 2:00 PM at Eastgate Church in Vidor, Texas.
