Funeral for Jack Carter

Our beloved Jack Carter recently passed on Thursday, July 13th, 2023. Jack was a wonderful family member and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his son Jack H. Carter, his wife Laura Carter, his mother Helen Burnell, his father Jimmy Carter, his younger brother Jimmy Carter, his sister Kelly James, his nephews and niece, many relatives, and many close friends.

Jack was moved deeply by music and was an animal lover. He liked to read and eat ice cream. Most of all, he liked to spend time with people he cared about. He made friends easily. He gave great big hugs. His smile and laugh made you happy. He was especially proud of his son who recently began college.

We are all devastated by Jack’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Jack the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Jack’s funeral. We need to raise $15,000 by July 20th to be able to afford the funeral service.

Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time. Any donations that are not needed for the funeral and burial will be used to help Jack's son with college expenses--as would have made his father very happy.
