Funeral and Rememberances for Kevin Scott

Hi, my name is Ellie, and I'm fundraising for my father, Kevin Scott, to help us in paying for his remains to be prepared and to help in placing him in the many places he would have wanted to rest in.

Daddy passed on 12/13, fighting cancer to the end. He leaves behind for Paradise me, his Daughter-in-law, his wife, and the many communities he took joy in.

He was an actor, an advocate, a singer, a dancer, and most of all the best mind on musical theater trivia. He was a radical fae and late bloomer, who loved Christ. He fought hard to reach diction and speech, and enjoyed music. He stood in solidarity with those who are, were or ever have been oppressed. He was always ready to learn, even if he may not have been ready to listen.

He loved you, and he taught me to love you, too.

I am hoping to spread his remains in my backyard, several places in Oregon, as well as New York, and possibly as far as England and Hawaii, but mostly to have others take a piece of him to places they can remember him as well. Daddy is being returned to earth and soil, and so will be available to any. This process is similar to the same cost as cremation but still involves transport and preparation.
