Funeral for Lou Lyerly

Dear Friends and Family of Tiffany and Amanda: I am Ally Owens and I am a lifelong friend of Tiffany, Amanda and the Lyerly family. I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Tiffany’s and Amanda’s father Lou Lyerly. Lou sadly passed away suddenly in the very early hours of June 25, 2023 leaving behind two amazing daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. Not only was this a tragic sudden loss for their family, but Tiffany and Amanda also lost their mother, Jackie, in April of 2022, less than 15 months ago. This has been a hard two years on this family, and they deserve all of the love and support they can get at this time. Tiffany and Amanda are absolutely devastated by Lou’s passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service. The average funeral cost is $7,000-$9,000 and this is just out of reach for their family at this time. Not to mention any time off of work causing loss of pay they may all need at this time as well as Amanda’s family adjusting financially and emotionally to living without Lou in their home anymore. Putting all of this into account, I’ve started this fundraiser to collect donations for Lou’s funeral and any other expenses the family may have at this time. There will be a Celebration Of Life on Friday 7/7 from 5pm-10pm at the Pitman VFW. Lou loved sports so please dress comfortable and wear your favorite Phillies or Eagles shirt to honor him!
