Funeral fund Mike Byler

Hi. My name is Lori Buchanan and my sister Lianna and I are are organizing this to help our parents with our brother Mike's funeral expenses. As some of you who know my parents know that there are not two more hard working dedicated people in the world. A little back ground first. My brother was born in June 78 and was a healthy thriving kid until age 6 when he received his last MMR to go to school. He had a bad reaction to that and shortly afterwards starting having issues with balance and sometimes falling when running. Our parents took him to doctors in Cleveland and Pittsburgh and was eventually diagnosed with Frederich's ataxia. We were told it was a genetic condition at that time and that the prognosis and progression of the disease was poor and he would probably only live till age 14. Due to this condition, life insurance was never a possibility. Our brother definitely proved the doctors wrong and most of the credit for that goes to his determination and the unwavering dedication and the meticulous  care our parents gave him over years. Our dad worked for PennDot as well as milked cows on our dairy farm for many years. They are both now retired and on a fixed income and did not have funeral funds saved.
