Funeral funds for Alex and Kailea Colayori

       My name is Susan Williams and I am writing on behalf of myself and my teammates to raise some money to help our good friend,  Suzanne Colayori.  The Colayori family lost their son Alex (whom many of you knew as Alex was a nurse and also worked at RGH) on August 9th to a horrible brain cancer, Glioblastoma.  

       Alex’s sister, Kailea became a champion and warrior for Alex. She started accompanying Alex to most of his treatments. In the last few months of his life, Kailea took a leave of absence from her job and moved in with Alex and his spouse to help care for him.

       Many people where not aware that Kailea suffered from depression and on Sept. 22nd, Kailea could not go on any longer and took her own life. Suzanne and her family has suffered tremendous grief and sorry. Losing two children in 6 weeks is the stuff nightmares are made of. The Colayori Family has now had to endure the financial costs of two burials and funerals. Many people have asked what they can do to help? This would be an excellent way to ease some of the financial burden. 

       Suzanne and her family appreciate everything everyone has done to support them and Alex when he was still here. Every meal, note, card, flowers, texts are all appreciated very much during this most difficult and sad time.
