In Memory of Dane Radford and Emily Hale

Update:

On Aug 21, 2023, Jesus Rios, the drunk driver who caused the accident on 12/12/2020 that severely injured 1 & killed 2 innocent girls, has been sentenced to 21yrs to life for two(2) counts of 2nd degree murder and one (1) count of great bodily harm & injury. Although the families are not satisfied with the sentence given, due to the concurrent vs consecutive sentences per death, we will continue to fight for Justice and ensure we do whatever it takes to prevent him from being paroled when that time comes.

If you wish to continue to donate, the future monies will go directly to Alyssa for her medical bills that have not been covered by insurance.

I will also post my victim impact statement that was read during sentencing.

On December 12, 2020 the lives of many were changed forever. No parent ever wants to get that phone call or notification that their child was in a terrible accident. A drunk driver going at an extremely high rate of speed, hit the vehicle in which Emily, Dane, and Alyssa were in while at a red light. Because of selfish choices one person made, the lives of 2 beautiful young ladies were taken too soon and 1 survivor now has a long healing road ahead of her both physically, mentally, and emotionally.  

 Emily and Dane have gained their wings and are in heaven. They leave behind hurting families, friends, and coworkers who loved them soo much. These girls had their whole lives ahead of them. We will miss their laughs, their silly dances and their loving personalities.

 Alyssa has a long recovery ahead and will need therapy. She broke several bones in her right arm and right leg and has fractures in her hip and left leg. 

 We ask for continued prayers for all families involved. All donations collected from your selfless contributions will be used to help with funeral and medical expenses. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
