Family Help for 15 and 17 Year Old Sons

NOTE: we are aware that the GoFundMe states that this fundraiser was started by Erika Galavis on behalf of Pawan Kumar. This is not accurate. Erika and Pawan are both family members of the deceased. ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO ANGELES GARCIA, MOTHER OF THE DECEASED, AND WILL BE ALLOCATED TO FAMILY NEEDS.

On October 1st, we lost our beloved family members, Angel and Jayz, in a tragic and senseless act of violence.

Angel was 15 years old. He was gentle soul, who loved and cared deeply for those around him. He was also a caring son, brother and friend. He was one who was always ready for a fun time, constantly carrying joy and laughter wherever he went.

Jazy was 17 years old. He was the quieter of the two, who tended to naturally assume the role of protector. He was a funny and smart young man, who was curious and excited about learning, about going to college, and was focused on his future education plans. Importantly, he was a loving son, brother and friend.

Our kids were taken too soon, and our family is distraught. They were 2 out of 6 kids. 13, 9, 6, and 3 years. They leave behind a single mother- who, due to grievance will be unable to return to work for an indefinite amount of time- and 4 younger siblings who all looked up and idolized them.

With our heart in our hands, we are asking for help, as financially supporting our family as we navigate these difficult times.
