Funeral and Medical Expenses

April 7, 2020 was a day nobody will forget especially not this young ladies mom and family. A day that started out as a normal day for this young mom of two turned into a mothers worse nightmare by that afternoon. Mandy Elizabeth Hart was shot by her boyfriend and the father of her children while she held her 7 month old daughter in her arms and her 2 year old son was watching. The police arrived and arrested the man who was responsible, Mandy fighting for life was life flighted to a hospital in Tulsa and her mother was notified of the horrendous situation and was given her grandchildren to take care of while their mom was in the hospital. Not being able to be with her daughter due to the covid-19 Mandys mom waited by her phone for any updates on her daughter. On April 8th the hospital notified April with an update that made this mothers nightmare even worse then it already was her young 19 year old daughter was brain dead and she needed to come to the hospital to tell her beautiful daughter goodbye. April went to be by her daughters side as the machines that were keeping her daughter alive was shut off and her daughter took her final breaths. Mandy left this world on April 8th at 6:03pm leaving behind two beautiful children and lots of family. Now Mandys mom has an unexpected funeral to pay for as well as medical bills that are soon to come and is now raising her grandchildren.
