Funeral & Memorial Expenses for Javier Rusias

With a heavy heart, I share that my brother Javier (17) passed away from a fatal car accident on Sunday, July 7, 2024. My family was on their way home from a family gathering when they were hit by a drunk driver on the I-17 freeway. Javier was left with life-threatening injuries, and our parents and sister experienced minor injuries. Sadly, Javier succumbed to his injuries and did not survive. Javier’s passing is a devastating loss for all who love him and his absence leaves a painful void in our family.Javier had just celebrated his 17th birthday the weekend prior and was soon starting his senior year of high school. He had the brightest smile and a future full of hope and opportunity. As you can imagine, the unexpected loss of Javier has left us in shock and unprepared for all that follows.
