Funeral & Memorial Fund for Dawit (Abraham)Tegegn

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden death of our dear brother Dawit Tegenge (Abershi) on June 26, 2021. Dawit (Abershi) was a wonderful husband, brother, and dedicated Orthodox Church choir singer (ዘማሪ) who touched the lives of those around him.

We are all devastated by Dawit (Abershi)’s passing. He will be deeply missed.

We (Dawit's wife Eshet Balcha and his family members)  have started a fundraiser to collect donations to cover the cost of the service and transportation of the remains to Ethiopia for burial.

Dawit will be remembered by his wife Eshet Balcha, his older brother Yared, and sisters Haregwoine & Meseret.
