Funeral & Memorial Service for Andrew Standifird

Our worst nightmare came true on Thursday, January 12, 2023. At approximately 6:30 AM, Andrew was in a fiery car crash that happened on the I 10 and Chandler Boulevard. A total of five people passed away, and one was Andrew.

We got a knock on the door around 3 PM, in front stood multiple DPS officer’s along with representatives from Andrews work. They gathered enough evidence, and felt comfortable enough to notify us that Andrew was no longer with us. He, along with several other coworkers, that were headed to a job site together, in a company vehicle has been caught in between two semi‘s. The impact was so catastrophic that the vehicle he was in and two others were set a blaze. This fire was so intense that we were been asked to provide dental records for a positive identification. No hospital, no chance, just gone… As you can imagine this news has devastated all who actively knew him, and those who had the opportunity to feel his presence in their life at any point in time.

Andrew was 28 years old, with his whole life ahead of him. He leaves behind his beautiful wife and three children. Also, a tremendous amount of family and friends, who absolutely loved him. Andrew was an incredibly talented, funny, loving, and charismatic person.

My family and I are raising funds for the funeral and memorial service of my older brother, Andrew Standifird. All funds will go to the expenses of his funeral and memorial service. We are truly grateful for any help and support anyone can offe at this time.
