Funeral preparation for my father

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to share something incredibly personal and difficult. A few months ago, my dad went through a series of health crises that have completely shaken our family. It all started with a fall during his dialysis treatment, which left him with multiple fractures and a brain bleed. Then came the devastating blow of a stroke, stealing his speech and mobility. Despite his incredible determination and progress in therapy, things took a turn for the worse during a routine procedure to move his dialysis port. His heart stopped, and after 30 minutes of CPR and being put on an ECMO machine, he slipped into a coma, facing even more complications.

I can’t begin to describe the rollercoaster of emotions we’ve been through, but one thing is clear: I’m determined to ensure my dad gets the best care possible during this tough time. However, with quality care comes financial strain – from medical bills to funeral expenses, it’s a heavy burden to bear.
