Funeral Service for James Smith

Hi I’m Chiquita, a good friend of Leah, whom is mum to James Sam Smith who suddenly had a heart attack on the 8th December at home in Thomson and was taken to University Hospital Geelong, then tragically passed away on the 10th December at the age of 30. 

During James’ time in ICU, where he was placed into an induced coma, the Doctors and Nurses were amazing whilst they cared for James’, Leah and family are very grateful for their efforts.

James was such a gentle, caring, kind and always happy go lucky man who would offer to give a helping hand anytime and someone who was so dearly loved by his family and friends, near and far.

Everyone is heartbroken that James is gone and he will be sorely missed for many years to come, a lot of people who knew James are still so shocked to hear of his passing. 

Leah and family would be ever so grateful if you found it in your hearts to kindly give your support to help cover costs to provide a funeral service and wake for James in Geelong, as every mother should be able to give their child a dignified and fitting service without any burden.
