#Justice4Aja! In support of Aja Rhône-Spears
Words cannot express how we all feel during this challenging time.
Aja was brutally murdered on the late evening of July 28th, 2020. While Aja was attending a vigil for a relative, an altercation occurred between attendees at the gathering. Aja, having a kind heart attempted to mend the fight from escalating. During this attempt she was fatally stabbed multiple times.
Aja fought for her life but was unable to escape the attack.
There are no witnesses that will come forward at this time.
The police stated unfortunately, they do not have enough evidence to follow up with this case. The police also mentioned none of the attendees are willing to provide a statement of the death of Aja.
Aja was a beautiful proud trans-woman who had a large heart for everyone she loved. She supported those in need and made everyone laugh. Her personality could light up a stadium! She is deeply missed.
I created this fund to bring awareness and hopefully have support in bringing Aja justice! Her life mattered and will always matter!
Trans lives matter! Say! Her! Name!
This fund will support:
- Criminal Investigation
- Legal fees
- Financial responsibility of assets after death
- Support during this grieving time.
The funds will be given to the mother of Aja Rhône-Spears.
I am a close family/friend of Aja and wanted to create this fund in support of our loss.
Anything will and can support this mother during this tragic time.
