Funeral Services for Alice Aviles (Margie)

My family and I are writing with the hope that you will be able to help during this hard time. My aunt, Alice Aviles was a mother of two sons: Francisco Milan and Marc-Anthony Aviles. She passed away unexpectedly this past Monday (1/2/23). Although she was in the hospital none of us anticipated such a sudden loss. We are asking for a donation no matter how small or generous to assist us with Funeral expenses.

Alice dedicated 33 years of her life working at the Rafael Hernandez School. She was a loving educator and was committed to her students. For many years, she also worked in the Hernandez After-school program for many years. On occasion, she tutored students outside of work, helped anyone in need, and entertained audiences during the annual end of year assembly with her amazing dancing skills. Alice loved to cook, was very family oriented, and enjoyed dancing both Puerto Rican Bomba and Salsa.

There are not enough words to describe the type of person Alice was, she simply brought joy to anyone who crossed her path. She will be missed immensely by her family, teachers, and students.
