Funeral services for baby and the mother

Hi, I’m writing on behalf of Phoenixville Hospital! On Saturday July 1st Kyara Perry died due to pregnancy complications, Then on July 2 baby JazLynn passed away, both gone too soon, leaving a heavy heart for a father (Jamar Hall) to bear, who now has to raise there first born Jai’lah Hall on his own and find a new home for them to live and other things they may need. We wanna take up donations to help support the father in this time of tragedy, He’s tooken some time off work and we wanna give him this time to grieve of the lost of his girlfriend and child! At this time anything will help. We love Kyara and Jamar very much they are apart of the Phoenixville Hospital family! And we send our deepest condolences to the family and love ones!
