funeral services for Jilquetta (Jill) fortner

On 2/4/24, my mother, Jilquetta Chante Fortner (Jill), unexpectedly passed away at the age of 49. I'm creating this GoFundMe to help cover funeral expenses so we can lay her to rest. She was a mother, a maw maw, a sister, and a friend – the most amazing person. She had a love for birds, especially owls and roosters, adored her children and grandchildren more than anything, and had a fondness for Mountain Dew and music. She was a loyal friend who enjoyed collecting jewelry and random things, favored the color green, cherished the water and summertime, and was the life of every party, lighting up any room she entered. Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her will never forget her because of her unforgettable personality. Even on the worst days, she could somehow make you crack a smile. Jilquetta is survived by her daughters Lacy, Jessica, and Mandi; her son Justin; and her grandchildren Aubrey, Jayden, Mason, Jeslynn, Courtland, Destiny, and Maylie.
