It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patria de las Mercedes Ameneiro.  She was Mimi, to those of us who knew and loved her.  A mother and grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed.  

After a long struggle with triple bypass, a pacemaker, and a recent amputation - Mimi lost her battle to heart disease and diabetes.  We are overwhelmed with shock and sadness as we were expecting to celebrate her 64th birthday with her on Thanksgiving.

Any assistance would be tremendously helpful so that we may be able to properly lay her to rest. Any amount of funding is appreciated greatly.

We love you and are grateful for the time we got to spend in your presence. Rest in peace, Mimi.
