Funeral Services for Rene (JR) LaPlante

Family and friends , I write to you with a heavy broken heart ❤️‍. My sweet strong and loving daddy has lost the fight for his life and has passed away on November 30th 2022 .

As many of you know , my father was a very strong man and has continued to fight multiple health battles over the past few years. Unfortunately, his heart ❤️ could not do it anymore . My heart breaks for my mama ❤️‍ who has lost her best friend, lover and husband. He is all that she has known for 43 years. My heart breaks for my children, who were so loved by him and cherished every minute together. They simply just don’t understand. My heart breaks for my brother and myself….. He was my hero….. and our Superman and as most are aware of how close we really were than it’s clear to share there are no words to describe the pain that I feel inside.

Our entire family is absolutely devastated by Rene (JR) LaPlante passing and are struggling to find the energy, the funds and direction to cover the costs of ahead of us for services and to allow my mother to grieve properly to accept that ours and mostly her whole world will never be the same without him here.

We will need to pay all funeral and service costs by Dec. 8, 2022. I’ve started a fundraiser to collect donations for Rene LaPlante funeral service—here is the link.

Funeral/Viewing Services will be held on Friday December 9th at 3:00pm located at Crawford Funeral Services 610 NW 178th St, Edmond, OK 73012.
