Travuan Rouser: Loved but Lost

Hello All,

My nephew, Travuan Okkie Lamont Rouser is another unfortunate case where a young, African American male's life has been stolen due to gun violence.

On Tuesday, October 25, 2016 he was murdered in Hampton, VA. He was only 19 years of age, on the verge of a 20th birthday on November 25th. 

He was raised by his aunt, Kenya and a host of supportive family members. Travuan's mother, Rosa Alexander has been incarcerated since 2004. In order for her to pay her condolences in person, the family has to pay the state for the following:
   1.) 2 Correctional Officers per hour
   2.) Mileage to and from
   3.) Gasoline
We need the funds before Wednesday, November 3, 2016. Rosa is in Fluvanna Correctional Facility. It is a little over 2 hours away but it is not cheap to get her here. Travaun was her only son and it is unfortunate that she has lost him so suddenly.
