Making School Cool for Cigarroa Elementary

Hi everyone! My name is Ruthika Kodali and I am a student at Parish Episcopal School. I am raising money to create a welcoming learning environment at Leonides Gonzalez Cigarroa M.D Elementary in Dallas. What kind of tools help/helped you through your education? While the answer to this is different for every person, a lot of schools in Dallas do not have the tools to aid individual students. Cigarroa Elementary is a Title I school and many students who attend this school live below the poverty line. To promote education for the students I plan to spruce up the classroom environment by using flexible seating, and other interactive classroom items to create a motivational environment that appeals to all students. Anything is appreciated to help me help students at Cigarroa Elementary reach their potential!
