‘Further Education 400’ for Air Ambulance NI FE400
The six Further Education Colleges in Northern Ireland will complete a charity cycle on Friday 17 June to raise funds for Air Ambulance NI.
‘Further Education 400’ will see teams cycle collectively approximately 400 miles around 25 campuses of the six NI FE colleges. This epic event demonstrates the spirit of collaboration and collegiality that exists between the colleges.
Air Ambulance NI works in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service to provide the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service for the region.
The charity’s operational helicopter operates 365 days a year. Its team attends some of the most traumatic medical incidents and are dedicated to delivering the best pre-hospital care in the region.
Air Ambulance NI rely entirely on charitable donations to raise the £2 million needed to keep the air ambulance operational each year.
We are asking you to support the work of Air Ambulance NI by donating generously to an organisation that does so much to save lives in Northern Ireland.
The six colleges that make up Further Education NI (FE NI) are Northern Regional College, Belfast Metropolitan College, Southern Regional College, South West College, North West Regional College and South Eastern Regional College.
